TERMS OF SERVICE

PRICING & PACKAGES:

  • No time charge for travel within a 10 mile radius of Nipomo

DECLUTTERING/ORGANIZING

  • $65 / Hour - 4 hour minimum per session

  • Package Pricing (Offers significant savings vs. hourly rate):

    • 12 hours - $720 ($60 savings)

    • 24 hours - $1,375 ($185 savings)

    • 36 hours - $1,990 ($350 savings)

HOME STAGING

  • $275 - 4 hours divided into two sessions (small to medium size homes)

  • $425 to $550 - 6-8 hours divided into 2 sessions (larger homes)

  • $65 / Hour charged additionally for time exceeding booked sessions

TERMS INCLUDE:

  • 50% deposit due upon booking with balance due upon completion

  • Organizing package deals good for 3 months

  • Payment accepted by cash, check, or PayPal

  • Discounts for referring new clients
